Tutoring Options

1. First, ask your teacher for help
2. Schools have lots of services and supports available
3. If students are shy to ask or need specialized options then private tutoring may be the option you need
4. Experienced teachers have the ability and resources to adjust levels
5. If students struggle then optional materials can be created
6. The more that a teacher works with a student the better they are at adjusting materials and approach to best meet the needs of a student
7. Students may not always know what works best for them and an experienced teacher can help
8. Teachers have worked with all different ability issues to help identify strategies
9. Outside of the classroom (or from peer pressure) can help build confidence
10. Tutoring can be on a limited basis or set up as a routine for study skills
