This is a great starter slide show for the American Civil Rights movement. This has self created diagrams and timelines. It has a lot of factual information if events tend to blur to help present the information chronologically. It contains slides to highlight key players and shift in interpretation. At the end of the unit the students should know that the movement was more than one man.
