As students start thinking about their next semester (or Chinese students are going back after Spring Festival/Winter Break) it is important to consider ability needs. As teachers, we need to make sure that learning is accessible. If we consider the needs to students, they will consider the needs to teachers in their future.

Even if you can adjust 1-2 of your activities (or skills) before you get busy with the new students second semester, before the end of your career you will have a very welcoming space for students to learn.
For students, getting your back pack prepared or even liking your new notebook can make learning more fun. I used to doddle in my notes to keep me listening. Teacher didn’t think that I was paying attention and were surprised that I did well because I adjusted to my learning needs. Once you know your learning style then we can work together to help you reach your potential through accommodated teaching.
