The Careers course slide show has been posted!
This slide show contains the whole course that can be used to build a personal assessment. You can teach an individual activity each day or use this slide show to help introduce and provide exemplars for activities. I like to provide visual aids while the students are working to help give them ideas. This is great for a portfolio project, building learning skills, learning about student preferences and getting them thinking about their future. The focus on how to present their skills gives them practice or transferable skills. There are lot of ideas included for a fun and hands on course that can be used for young learners, special needs or a detailed Careers course as you can adjust the level with any of these activities based on the needs of the learner. I have used this at both the essential and IB levels and just adjusted the expectations, suggestions, and discussion based on needs of the individuals
