Ginger Major 
There is debate about whether or not certain dictators are on the right or left based on rhetoric or actions. The list of who is on what side was used to start discussion. The helpful piece was the list of traits and the discussion based on examples from the dictators about the traits and how they were used in context. I found that the list of traits for students to use in their research and essay writing helped as they are focused on memorizing details and not their significance when they start this unit based on limited exposure. The second worksheet where they can label the traits has been very helpful.
